WINIFRED TAYLOR reserves the right to change processing/delivery dates for products, customers will be notified regarding any changes to processing or delivery dates via email.

Artist Collection swimwear may take longer to process due to the fabric printing process please allow up to 14 days for processing, any delays will be communicated via email.

Pre-orders and pre-sales are available to purchase and shipped out usually 60-90 weeks post order. We reserve the right to change shipping dates due to production and will stay in communication via email regarding your purchase.

International orders may be subject to duties. WINIFRED TAYLOR is not responsible for the amount or payment of these charges, this responsibility is assumed by the customer.

WINIFRED TAYLOR offers free tracked delivery for all orders over in $200 in Canada and US. For all other orders shipping is calculated at check out and will very from location to location. We ship out of Toronto, Ontario every Friday.

All sales are FINAL, however we would love to work with you to ensure you are happy with your WINIFRED TAYLOR (WT) experience.

We do accept exchanges, in order to start your exchange please ensure the following:

Product has not been worn, washed and tags have not been removed. The hygienic shield is not soiled, tampered with or removed.

Please try on your suit with underware, as we will not exchange soiled items.

All packaging, labels and original receipts must be included in return.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of item receipt. WINIFRED TAYLOR is not responsible for any shipping costs on returned items. Please email us to process an exchange.

Please note, we do not accept returns for any accessories.

If you require your order to be cancelled, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
