All sale items are final sale - no exchange or returns. This includes items purchased with discount codes.

All sales are FINAL, however we would love to work with you to ensure you are happy with your WINIFRED TAYLOR (WT) experience.

We do accept exchanges, in order to start your exchange please ensure the following:

Product has not been worn, washed and tags have not been removed. The hygienic shield is not soiled, tampered with or removed.

Please try on your suit with underwear, as we will not exchange soiled items.

All packaging, labels and original receipts must be included in return.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of item receipt. WINIFRED TAYLOR is not responsible for any shipping costs on returned items. Please email us to process an exchange.

Please note, we do not accept returns for any accessories.
